01. MEET YOUR DESIGNER

Hi, I’m Lyne.

I’m a web designer, strategist, and problem solver who genuinely cares about your success. My philosophy is Function-then-Face, that means every project starts with strategy, usability, and structure before the visual details come together.

You’ll work directly with me from start to finish. You can expect clear communication, collaboration, and goal driven results.

Discovery & Planning

We'll talk through your business, goals, audience, and what success looks like. From there, I'll outline the project scope, timeline, and next steps.

Content & Assets

You'll send over your website content, images, logo, branding, and anything else you'd like included. Don't worry if everything isn't perfectly organized—I can help guide you.

Design & Development

I'll begin building your website with strategy, usability, and thoughtful design at the forefront. You'll receive progress updates along the way, and I'll reach out whenever I need clarification.

Review & Refine

Once the first version is ready, you'll review the site and send me your feedback. We'll make revisions until everything feels polished and ready to launch.

Launch & Support

After final approval, your website goes live! I'll perform final testing, help ensure everything is running smoothly, and provide post-launch guidance so you feel confident moving forward.

03. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

To keep your project moving smoothly, I'll ask you for a few things along the way, such as:

   ✦ Your website content

   ✦ Photos, logos, other branding materials

   ✦ Links to your social media and any existing website(s)

   ✦ Timely feedback and approvals when I send work for review

Don't worry if you don't have everything ready right away. Many clients are still gathering content when we begin, and I'm happy to guide you through what's needed.

I'll provide a shared Google Drive folder where you can easily upload files, and I'll send reminders whenever it's time for the next step.

04. BEHIND THE SCENES

  • Before I design a single page, I spend time mapping out your project's direction. This includes understanding your business, identifying your priorities, planning the overall structure, and making strategic decisions that will guide the rest of the project.

    A little planning upfront leads to a smoother process and a stronger final website.

  • Your website isn't built page by page in isolation. I carefully organize navigation, page layouts, calls-to-action, and content so visitors can quickly find what they're looking for and confidently take the next step.

    Every page has a purpose.

  • Many clients are still gathering content when their project starts, and that's completely normal. I'll let you know what I need throughout the project and offer guidance if you're unsure what to write, what photos to use, or how to organize your information.

    We'll work through it together.

  • Every website includes foundational SEO best practices such as page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, mobile responsiveness, clean page structure, and other technical improvements where applicable.

    While no one can guarantee search rankings, your website will launch with a strong foundation for long-term visibility.

  • Before your website goes live, I thoroughly test links, forms, layouts, mobile responsiveness, and overall functionality to help ensure everything is working as expected. Once you've given final approval, I'll launch the site and perform one final round of checks so you can start sharing it with confidence.

  • After your website is live, I'll be available for post-launch support and guidance to help answer questions or address any small adjustments included with your package.

    If you'd like ongoing assistance, Website Care Plans are available to help keep your website updated, monitored, and performing its best as your business grows.

05. YOUR INFO IS SAFE

Your privacy and security are important. I’ll only use your information to complete your project and will never share with third parties unless with written permission.

06. BEFORE WE BEGIN

Before we dive into your project, there are just a few quick housekeeping items. Once you've approved your proposal, signed your agreement, submitted your deposit, and scheduled your kickoff call, we'll be ready to get started. From there, I'll guide you through every step of the process.
